If her name is "xxxx ép xxxx then write xxxx ep xxxx". Just spell it as it in her passport as this guide telling you to do.

How my wife did it. Was like hello me 'your name' invite my husband 'his name' to stay with me from the date he lands kind regards 'your name' and yes I included a photo of her passport along with the marriage certificate. She wrote it in Thai
