Ok , YOU need to cancel your work permit and extension of stay before you bounce out and in. You can cancel a few days prior to your departure.

You do your 90 day report where your TM30 is filed, so if you file a new TM30 in the other province, you would be able to do your 90 report there.

yours is a complicated situation regarding the financials, and I would recommend speaking to your local immigration office to clarify.

but, the second you go under the required amount for the retirement extension you had, that could easily be taken as you did not maintain the requirements for that extension. Ergo, overstay.
