what's the point of the extensions then ? I saw several videos explaining the 6 months were broken down into 3 lots of two months with a month extension on each set of two months. I was actually with someone at the immigration office in February who had an metv and he had this explained to him by the official there. I'll post the yt links

it says 31st Aug but that becomes end of Nov with the 3 visa extensions right ?

that alot to get my head around but has given me some hope that it can be done. Something I didn't understand when I got the metv was if you went to Cambodia for a month after the first three months did yr time allowance in thailand move along with that or would yr end date be the same ? Only because one of the first questions on the aplication was when will I be leaving thailand

Coming back here in Jan reminded me of how much I prefer the thai culture and I actually much prefer this part of Thailand. Just trying to plan ahead

I was here for 6 weeks in Jan feb then returned to the uk for a month and came back mid March. I lived in koh samui for a year, 20 years ago and was married to a thai for 8 years but in the uk.
