Yes our house in Bkk has filed tm 30. We just moved in yesterday! but apparently the landlord does not have the needed documents(blue book or chanote) immigration won’t extend without. We filed a tm 28 at Rayong when we signed the lease two weeks ago. Now it looks like we have a big problem. Will have to move but in meantime my visa is due for extension. Do I have to cancel the tm 28? Or just apply for extension in Bkk?
I am married to a Thai man for 27 years and Changwatana required photos of me at the house, by the house number and in various rooms. Also a drawn map to the house. They require these every year during extension as well. If you have a child, they will also ask for birth certificate copy.
