TLDR : Answer Summary
The wait time for mail-in 90-day reporting in Thailand can range from a few weeks to a few months. Some users have reported receiving their confirmations around 6 weeks after mailing, though delays may occur, especially during holidays. It's advisable to send the report via a tracked service (like EMS) to have proof of submission, which is valid even if you don't receive the official receipt back before the next reporting deadline.

Last time I didn't get anything for two months... Sent them a mail and they said they'll pass the info to the counter. Got my reply on the mailbox a week later, with some handicraft done to my return envelope (maybe it was too small). Weird stuff.
The longest I've heard of was just over 6 weeks, I'd factor in a little more time because of the holiday
BUT
Even if you don't get your receipt back before the next 90 day due date, as long as you have proof they received it (hence the reason Ben asked you if you sent it EMS) you can go with that proof and you won't get a fine for failure to report.
