What should I do if my 90-day report is rejected in Thailand's new online system?

I switched to the new 90 day system for my December report and it went very smoothly. This month it was rejected twice so I went to MTT yesterday. The officer was very kind and looked up my record. She said I had mixed up the Soi and road on my form and that the old online system the officers could make corrections, but the new system they can’t and have to reject. I will be extra careful next time!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user experienced issues with the new 90-day reporting system in Thailand, having their report rejected twice due to errors in their address on the form. They learned that under the new system, corrections cannot be made by officers once submitted, necessitating a rejection if there are mistakes. Another user offered advice, noting that it is possible to reapply if rejected, and emphasized the importance of correctly formatting the address to avoid future issues.

ASK them how they have your address in their system so you can copy it when you do the 90 day online

Totally makes sense, BUT here's a tip
@Jennifer *******
, with the new system you can apply again and again if it's rejected.

I've been at my address for 17 years now and was rejected in the new 90 day online program THREE times, but I just fiddled with the address trying this or that and the fourth time I got approved.

Hopefully she wrote down HOW you need to put your address in the system for it to match correctly for next time.

I thought it was rejected because I had put cell phone instead of house phone. BTW, it took a total of 10 minutes at MTT yesterday. Place was empty.

it doesn't match against a phone number,

it's matching against the TM30 filed for you at that address 😕 and it's very particular that you get the Street (ถนน) and Soi (ซอย) in the correct order as well as any building name if there is one
