TLDR : Answer Summary
There is no minimum time requirement for a 1-year extension application for a Non-O visa based on marriage to a Thai citizen. You can leave Thailand and return with a re-entry permit as long as it is valid until October 31, which is also the deadline for applying for your new 1-year extension.

Re-enter permits last the life of the visa extension period unless used beforehand. You'll need to start your extension process as soon as you return as well.

yep understood that. Thanks.

No minimum days requirement for a 1-year extension application.

You can enter Thailand on a re-entry permit until Oct 31. Oct 31 is also the last day you can apply for your new 1-year extension without issue.
