What is the TM30 process for changing immigration offices when moving to Rayong?

I am moving to a new residence in Rayong and need to understand the tm 30 process and change of immigration office. From what I can gather, my new landlord will file the tm 30 at the local immigration and then I can go and change to that immigration office.

Do I need any documentation for this? Moving End of September and Non O marriage visa due for one year renewal October 31. Will I be able to do new visa in Rayong?
