I am moving to a new residence in Rayong and need to understand the tm 30 process and change of immigration office. From what I can gather, my new landlord will file the tm 30 at the local immigration and then I can go and change to that immigration office.
Do I need any documentation for this? Moving End of September and Non O marriage visa due for one year renewal October 31. Will I be able to do new visa in Rayong?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When moving to a new residence in Rayong, you'll need to understand the TM30 process, which involves your landlord filing this document at the local immigration office to report your address change. It's also important to check if you need to file a TM28 form, as you'll be transitioning from a different immigration office. Since you have a Non-O marriage visa that's due for renewal on October 31, you should confirm if you can complete the renewal process at the new immigration office in Rayong after filing the TM30. Ensure to gather any required documentation when visiting the immigration office to facilitate the process.

Your new landlord might or might not file a TM30 and if they don't you need to do it. I'd say go on over there after you move, see what's required to file the TM30 and ask if you need to file a change of address form or not (TM28) because you used to use a different immigration office.
Once you get the TM30 filed you will be able to use that immigration office for your 90 day reporting and your extensions
