that’s a shame because that’s the main thing Thais want to see the QR code. Talk to your local embassy and see what they say. Or try calling the number I provided. You don’t need to book flights to do Thailand pass, you just need to provide the flight number of the flight you intend to use and this can easily be checked online. You will have to book the SHA plus hotel package and also book insurance to do the Thailand pass (I would book hotel via Agoda and insurance with AXA Thai). Then you can attempt to do the Thailand pass… if there is a delay because of your vaccine/not having QR code, both the hotel booking and insurance date can be easily changed without the fear of losing money.
best thing to do is, contact your local Thai Embassy office and ask for advice. They will be better suited to answer then anyone on Facebook (I would hope). I know you were likely trying to find someone who had travelled from Colombia before but, the vast majority on this group are travelling from Europe/US or Australia. If you can’t get a clear answer from the Colombian Thai Embassy, this is the number for Thailand Pass in Thailand +6622035000. You can try calling them and asking there too. But that’s usually a number you would call after submitting for TP. Can I ask, did you get a QR code with your vaccine? That’s the main thing Thais want to see, from my experience.

+6622035000 call this number to get Thailand pass approved within a couple of hours. Keep in mind, they may need to wait on hold for approx 30 minutes to get through. All the best x
