Does the NZ Embassy offer the Income Affidavit?

You can also get the income affidavit from the Canadian Consulate in Chiang Mai. You will need proof of income to get it (such as your 2020 income tax Notice of Assessment).

- When you fill in the form don't use autofill - type it in manually. I have received that message many times and it doesn't usually happen if I type the answers in.

For the combination method, of allowed, you may need the affidavit.

Point 5 seems to cover the combination of funds in the bank and earnings. But, you may need a letter from the Embassy to prove the earnings.

Went to Chiang Mai yesterday and my extension is dated Sep 26, 2021. The issued date is Aug 5, 2020. My last extension was to end on August 14, 2020. I came on a Non-OA and my insurance runs out on August 14, 2021. Let's see what happens next year.
