Hi all, with the 90 check in I know your first time has to be in person which I did, then in August o left and came back now I have to do my check in again but it got rejected online, do I have to go to in person again everytime I leave? And come back?
Entered the Kingdom on October 25th on a Non-O Visa. This is my first visit. I have copies of my Visa, Passport pictures, TDAC and TM30.
Trying to make sense of the stamps in my Passport. Is January 22nd my first 90 day check in?
Immigration said I'm only allowed to be in the Kingdom for five months. Which is fine since I am here with my wife taking care of some loose ends pertaining to her mother. We have obligations back in the States and will be here to wrap up some business, travel a bit and then go home.
Hi. I am Canadian on a Non-O Retirement Visa with the One Year Extension with Multiple Entries. I got the One Year Extension on Dec. 26 2024 and it expires on Jan 2, 2026. My last physical 90 day checkin was March 21, 2025. I then went to Canada missing the next check in date of June 18, 2025.
We are now entering Thailand on October 26. What must I do when I check in for this 90 day period? My wife and I are still living at our house in our Udon Thani village.
Hi fellow DTV holders. I’ll be doing my first 90 day check in. Going to chaing Mai immigration office. Any advice or recommendations? What should I bring with me? I’m already planning to get there early. Your response is appreciated
I did my first 90 day check in at the immigration office.
I then thought I could do all future 90 day check-ins online, but I tried and it got rejected saying that my first check-in needs to happen at immigration office.
Can someone explain the 90 check-in procedure for DTV please?
If after 180 days we leave the country then return to begin the next 180 days, does that mean the 90 day check-in resets to zero again also?
I goofed. I entered Thailand about 92 days ago. I am on a retirement visa and I forgot to do my 90 day check in. I just went down the condo office and they told me they don't do that anymore.
A) How much of a problem is it, that I am a few days late
B) What do I need to bring with me to immigration office. I own the condo, do I bring the house book? deed?
Hello everyone, I’m retiring to Thailand and applying for my O-A visa stateside. Doing will allow me 1 year, this first year I would like to move from place to place staying a month here and there for about 7 months to try out each area I’d like to settle in. So the question I have when it’s time for my first 90 day check in, do I do this in person or on line, what do I need to provide and avoid any problems. I figure by the 3 month I should be at 3rd location or on the 4th. Thanks Edward
My question is about the 90 day check in, I need to do my first one in the next few days. My condo lease just ended so I'm currently looking for another one at the moment. Do I need a tm30 for the check in?
