In Chiang Mai tried to do my 90 day checkin online, because the online was down for so long, I had to do the last one at imm airport, the thing is because I did that, it won't allow me to do it on line got the "rejected" I have been doing it online for 18 months.

I did my last report at the Drive through at Airport immigration as well, before that many times online, yesterday I tried to do it online and after the first page a message was displayed saying I had to do it at the immigration office. I haven't been yet, I will do when closer to my due date (13 June).

- When you fill in the form don't use autofill - type it in manually. I have received that message many times and it doesn't usually happen if I type the answers in.

went to promenada took 1 minute go after lunch say about 12.45 get a number and easy.

I have faced the same issue today. Last time I did in person as the online wasn’t working. Yesterday I applied online, it got pending status then I got rejected saying to do it in person. May I ask you, if you went in person and did it? Was there any issue

I think you got an email, it might be in your spam folder buy they send one out

Go back into the system and view the rejected report and see if there are any comments in the REMARKS section. They usually write why it was rejected.
