METV valid for 6mths and 60days stamp per entry....usually its the airline that likes to check for return tickets....its up to you to convinced them to let u board without one

I think your fren can try downloading the esim activate it and erased the esim from his phone after sending u the link and after u installed into your phone

Can't u buy a UK esim online? Let your fren activate and send your the link of the esim to u to have it installed to your phone if that make sence

its better to have one some banks (kbank/SCB) accepts lease agreement and nonO if u still can't open bank acct next step is to visit immigration office and ask for a residency cert(200b-500b) depending how urgent u need it

Since u already have a nonO its very doable without agent....u did not mention how long u have been here in thailand .....it depends on how much time u have to bankin 800k before your 90days expires..

..priority get a lease agreement follow by bank acct then gather documents for extension......for thai driving licence residency cert (immigration/embassy) a medical cert your passport and home licence book appt at the DLT near you.....can complete day(without agent) I've just renewed both my car and motorbike licence for 5yrs within 2hrs at the DLT

30days extension at immigration office before current stamp expire....there after border run...new entry 60days exempt +30days extension at immigration office it will cover u for 6mths.....doing this often might have the risk of being pull aside by immigration officer when entering

Just apply online in your home country if you have not travel out

Priority get a lease agreement (6mths/1yr)....try open bank acct with only passport (nonO) and lease agreement (kbank/SCB) go as many branch as possible.....if still fails visit immigration get residency cert and handouts for 1yr extension requirements........proceed to open bank acct......transfer 800k to thai bank acct by Swift/Wise (must completed within 30days of arrival....run down nonO till 30days left and proceed to apply 1yr extension (make sure 800k already stay 2mths in acct)
