Crooked visa agents? Foriegmers wants to beat the system and stay in thailand longer and needs their service ....demand and supply...there won't be any agents around if there's no crooked Foriegmers

800k basically allows u to apply for the initial 90days non O and need to be seasoned for 2mths before you apply for your one year extension and after your extension have been approved the 800k have to stay in the acct for 3mths and not lower than 400k throughout the year (conditions for one year extension) the immigration will need to see your 12mths statements when doing the second extension if you have planned these carefully u should try to bank in 65k every month once you get your first extension that means u will have 12mths of statements (including 400k) to do second extension

recently sent 250k baht/wise in one transfer no issues....I only encounter the 50k issues when sending thai to thai acct (just need to do face scan) and it will go truough

actually u don't need agent if you have a long term visa (non O).....the banks just don't let tourist or short term visa have bank accts

it used to be easy to open a bank acct with just tourist stamp BUT not anymore in 2025

It seems your trips are of genuine tourist calibre and not abusing the system to long stay in thailand you shd be fine

As long as your bank statement shows that it's a foreign transfer...the district office will accept it

You have applied within thailand means u are holding a non O not OA.....don't need insurance for future extensions just the basic requirements of extending a non O
