I didn't know which immigration does not do nonO (TM87) there are so many that does....shd he go to another immigration office OR fly to neighboring country?

Fly in on visa exempt apply in immigration office for the initial 90days nonO with the 800k den do the 1yr extension when less den 30days left on the initial nonO

Some banks don't really need residency cert(kbank/SCB) ..lease agreement and nonO is good enough ....bring your wife along try as many branch as possble....dont be afraid of the yellow book thing its not compulsory if they do ask ...skip to next branch

why would u pay twice? The nonO doesn't need insurance to qualify.....once in thailand get a comprehensive insurance which doesnt need to be in the list of the OA requirements

Have u try to get it from your embassy in bkk? I got mine from my embassy SG 110baht (apply morning collected afternoon)....DLT also accepts residency cert from embassy
