The new new of screening is completely different than the ancient times of 2 weeks ago

You can pre screen all you want waste all the money you want..you can even get a glorious pep talk about his there’s nothing to worry about

If the I/O says entrance denied then it’s entrance denied

Nothing in life other than your expiration date is 100% guaranteed

he also says he has got a tourist visa for his upcoming trip, so he should have no issues. But for peace of mind paying a visa agency for airport VIP Fastrack will guarantee him entry

this is not the VIP Fastrack that is talked about, it needs to be booked through a visa agency and they need to see how many stamps you have already

believe me, have I understand what you are saying here. Many I know well have used TVC and other services with great success. Have never seen this before. But that cost could mean they have linked up with an agency. I have no idea more than you do. Will be interesting to see how it goes for him. But we will only know for sure if it’s unsuccessful.
