this is what many front line workers will repeat to me. Can not do need Work permit. Somehow I think they have been instructed to say this. But it obviously is not true. I had a lady tell me this and then explained the logic so she asked her manager finally and then came back and said ok,.okay it's ok. I am grateful I'm learning the art of patience in Thailand. 🙂.

this is what most front line people say no account without work permit. Just need to find the right knowledgeable person in the bank. It will take patience for them to understand you can not work and need 800k in Thailand Bank.

I think I found using translator app helped me. There must be something I said in verbal that gets lost in translation.

My observation and experience. Not scientific 🤣🤣🤣. My BKK arrivals come from long overseas flights come in late never even a word just straight to stamp. DMK is usually the super cheap flights to neighboring countries everytime DMK there is an interrogation where is your hotel how long you stay why you go. DMK is probably more of a choice people use to get new entry on visa exempt. Just my observation.

Anyways just in case I obtained a visa. Pretty simple and easy process while doing outside Thailand.

New rules basically mean 90 days maximum in one year on visa exempt entries.

On the Delta App just say you completed it and then complete it on the Thai site. Delta doesn't really care.

red flags for sure. If the banking system cannot be trusted. Imagine if they decide to nationalize your account one day, pretty scary. High Risk in my opinion.

I don't know, when someone else has your hard earned money under their lock pretty hard to maintain control. That is asking a lot. I surely hope they would understand why someone might be a tad bit upset. 🤷🏾‍♂️
