Asking for a friend.

To get a residence certificate (for car registration at DLT) from Immigration at Chaengwattana, they require TM30 report as well right?

Could anyone confirm me with the correct and updated requirements please?

And the place to go is Immigration Division 1 correct?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a residence certificate for car registration at the DLT from Immigration Division 1 in Chaengwattana, you need to provide a TM30 report and ensure that you've filed your 90-day report. There have been confirmations in the comments that these documents are necessary. Additionally, some users asked about potential fee variations between offices.
