Interesting question is my passport clearly shows my reentry date but doesn’t show that I left 5 days bf first 90 day thing at immigration. Do I need to bring proof of my flight date out of thailand or was it recorded by a scan at the airport and inputted in my immigration record ? like it’s an interesting question. Nowhere have I seen anybody talk about how u prove the date u left country was just before the 90 days had expired, and not give them chance to suspect u actually left just after for example. Do people bring flight records to immigration. Does that suffice? Or do they have other means of determining that they can access the info internally when u appear at the 90 day ?

I wanted to clarify what i was asking - u did a great job answering that 14 days bf to 7 days after works. Thanks for that. I left to US 5 days bf my 90 days expired and came back on multi reentry permit….. Which I assume bought me a new 90 days bf I need to report to immigration.

I’m already on 1 year extension of stay expiring next spring. issue is that I haven’t gone in yet for my first 90 day whatever the nomenclature is: “check-in” “report” or “notification” to immigration. The every 90 Day reporting all expats on Extension of Stay must fulfill. I’m just wondering since first 90 day thing needs to be in person, is there any flexibility or do is the 90th day the one and only day to appear or can I go a day or 2 before the 90th day.

@Stuart ********
- can u confirm your advice is pertaining to my first-ever 90 Day Report (check-in). Seems your reply is maybe regarding annual Renewal of extension.

Noted. But since this is my first 90 day report, i know i need to show in person. I just wanted to know if i need to go report to immigration exactly on 90th day, or is their any flexibility to report a few days before, or even a few days after the exact 90th day.

- Yesterday I went to Customs and got the papework. But now I’ve decided to just walk away and not claim the package. Hope I can just not show up to claim it without incurring any additional charges.

@Christopher ******
- what happens if I just walk away and don’t say anything to UPS or Thai Customs. Will Thai Customs still try to find me in 2 years and try to charge me for storage? Or does not claiming the package insulate me from future charges?
