When the IO requires Maps and Pictures how exactly should they be presented? TIA ๐๐ป
Answer summary
When presenting maps and pictures for a Thai marriage extension visa, there are several requirements to follow. It's recommended to provide a hand-drawn map along with a Google Maps printout showing coordinates of your home. The photos should include one full-length picture of you and your spouse in front of the house clearly displaying the house number, along with additional pictures from inside different rooms of your home (kitchen, living room, bedroom). Each photo should be printed on separate A4 sheets in portrait format, avoiding selfies or images taken with a selfie stick. Requirements can vary between immigration offices, so it's advisable to check specific requirements with your local office.

In Koh Samui, for marriage extension, hand drawn map showing island and main roads PLUS Google earth print that MUST show map coordinates at your home location.
Photos: one showing both of you with all the house in view and house number must be clearly visible. One of you both in kitchen, living room and bedroom.
As well as whats on their official list you will need TM30 printout and wife's name change certificate if applicable.
Draw the map by hand or do Google maps and label your home (depends on your immigration office, just make both incase). The pictures you put one photo per A4 paper. The photos must not be taken as a selfie or withe a selfie stick.
I just draw a 3 way intersection, label the streets and make an x that says "todz house"
BUT
some immigration offices want a google map down load with the lat/long and other offices have an official form you draw your map on while you're sitting there
As far as the photos, usually for retirement visa/extension there are no photos required (there are reports that some offices now make you take one standing in front of where you live though)
The photos for the marriage extension usually are 4 - 6 photos, of you, your thai wife, standing in front of the building where you live, standing in front of the address numbers, standing in front of the door, in side sitting on the sofa, etc
I'd say check with your immigration office well before you're going for the extension to see what they require
