TLDR : Answer Summary
The funds for the 400,000 THB requirement for a marriage visa in Thailand do not need to be transferred from abroad. It is sufficient that the money is held in a Thai bank account in the applicant's name for at least two months prior to applying for the visa.

They don't care where it comes from. Has to be in thai bank account for 2 months before applying.

There is nothing in the rules governing the issuance of Non-O visa for marriage or the year extension based on marriage that says the funds must come from abroad.

Only that they're in a thai bank in your name and in the case of the extension the funds are seasoned in that account for 2 months before you apply..

I do not know of an immigration office that requires proof the funds originated from abroad for the initial 90 day Non-O visa based on marriage.
