Hi All

I am a South African and will be Going to Thailand with a Tourist Visa. The company will help me in Thailand with my Non Immigrant Visa B.

Now my question is...

Will my Husband and Daughter be able to apply for the Non immigrant Visa O (Spouse and Dependant) in Thailand or will they have to apply in our home Country? and if allowed in Thailand does anyone know how long it takes to be accepted?

Hello!

Does anyone here have any successful experience with the Thai Embassy in Vienna when there was a problem with a visa application?

Here is my situation: I’m a recent graduate and before starting work, I decided to do an internship in Bangkok.

There are two types of visas for internships – you can see them in the attached pictures. I applied for a Non-Immigrant Visa (B) - Internship (Non-Curricular) – because I’m not a student anymore. After a few days, I received an email to upload the requested documents (also in the picture). In the first row, they wrote that my visa would be considered an Education Visa – and the second required document is a letter confirming my current student status – which I can’t provide as I’m not a student…

My hosting company and I have tried to contact them via calls and emails over the past two weeks but always unsuccessfully. Someone recommended I go there in person, but they also accept visits by appointment only – which is kind of impossible to schedule as well…

Any ideas on what I should do in my situation? Is it a bad idea to upload a file with the message I’ve been sending them as the second document?

I would appreciate any advice and successful stories as I’ve only read unsuccessful ones 🥲

Non-immigrant visa-B (working) and dependant O with single entry.

Can you get multi entry permit and exit Thailand for business trip/holidays before the work permit will be issued ?

Hello everyone,

I entered Thailand with a visa exemption and am currently under the covid extension.

Is it still currently possible to get a Non-immigrant visa B to work in a Thai company within the country, or do I have to go out and process the papers at the Thai embassy of my country?

Thank you very much in advance for your help!

Hello! Hope everyone is well and healthy. Can I change from Dependent visa to Non-immigrant visa-B (working)? The reason I'm asking is because my company allows me to work remotely so I'm thinking of entering Thailand in October with Dependent visa as my husband will be working there. However, my employment contract ends in January 2022 and I'm not sure if my company will be extending it. If not then I'll have to look for a job in Chiangmai. Or is it better to enter with a tourist visa? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
