Hi All

I am a South African and will be Going to Thailand with a Tourist Visa. The company will help me in Thailand with my Non Immigrant Visa B.

Now my question is...

Will my Husband and Daughter be able to apply for the Non immigrant Visa O (Spouse and Dependant) in Thailand or will they have to apply in our home Country? and if allowed in Thailand does anyone know how long it takes to be accepted?

Answer summary

A South African expat plans to enter Thailand with a tourist visa and receive assistance for a Non-Immigrant Visa B from their employer. They inquire whether their husband and daughter can apply for Non-Immigrant Visa O (for spouses and dependents) in Thailand or if they must apply from South Africa. A comment recommends that the expat consult their employer for guidance, as the employer must support the visa applications.

You need to ask your employer. They are the ones that have to support both your and their application for visas, so if they say your husband and daughter can apply in Thailand then they can.
