Has anyone done 90-day report online recently? Is it smooth? Yes I've done 90-day reports in person before.

Anybody having issues with 90 day online report. In the past I used to get approval on the same day. Been waiting for 3 days now and no I did not leave Thailand in a couple of years. Thanking you in advance.
I am currently in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and I have an appointment with the Thai consulate on Monday to apply for the DTV. Have any of you already done this in Vietnam? Any advice?
