When you fill in your t dac form do they check the accommodation or can you put down any accommodation thanks for your advice
Answer summary
When filling out the TDAC form, many users report that the accommodation address provided is not strictly verified by immigration authorities. Most commenters suggest that you can enter any address, though it’s generally recommended to provide the name and address of your actual hotel or accommodation. While some officials may check bookings with hotels for verification, others emphasize that no rigorous checks are conducted, especially if arriving late. Users have successfully submitted the TDAC form without worries if they changed their accommodation later.

If it helps you can change it in the taxi to where you really want to go. 😂
*** That picture you posted does not look like the REAL and official TDAC email everybody will receive within seconds after having submitted the online form.
You probably fell for an inofficial pay-for-TDAC website who will actually do a TDAC for you, however you paid to get it done. The official TDAC is for free!
You CANNOT submit the free and official Thai government TDAC form if you haven't completed the mandatory fields like the address you plan to arrive to. It simply is NOT possible, believe it or not.
*** The official TDAC email you will receive will list your address like: city, postcode, province, district, subdistrict, house number and street . . . there are only THREE rows in your picture. Too few detail to be true!
This NEVER was the official TDAC and you have been very lucky that you were able to enter Thailand because you never filed a valid TDAC by yourself.
It seems you used a pay-for-TDAC website and they did file a valid TDAC for you, and the filed a random address, a valid form which you but never have seen in reality (!) 🤣😃
. . and you paid for it, didn't you? 😂 I feel sorry for you, you are not the only one, about 40% of the people fall for those fake TDAC websites, but that’s the truth.
Nobody will check if you really sleep at that accommodation which address you used to fill in on the TDAC form. And be aware, you can leave the Departure field and the Visa Number field blank, these are no mandatory fields
Noel Farrell no they ask for your passport to check in and fill out a TM30 as required by law - also of you have a Thai ID already you can use that to check into hotels
Noel Farrell the hotel just registered you per TM30. It has NOTHING to do with the TDAC or the adress you filled into the TDAC. It is totally irrelevant where you stay after you arrived. You are free to change your mind and chose any accommodation
Mick Whyte I strongly doubt that you left the adress fields blank, because they are mandatory and if you didn't fill in some adress, you won't be able to submit the TDAC . . all fields that are marked with a red asterix * are mandatory
Mick Whyte your post is NOT the official TDAC form. The official TDAC will list your adress like: city, postcode, province, district, subdistrict, house number and street . . . there are only THREE rows in your picture. This NEVER was the official TDAC and you have been very lucky that you were able to enter Thailand. It seems you used a pay-for-TDAC website and they did file a valid TDAC for you, which you but never have seen in real and received as such
Mick Whyte This email does not look like the REAL and official TDAC. You probably fell for a scammer website who will actually do a TDAC for you, and you paid to get it done, as the official TDAC is for free. You CANNOT submit the official Thai government TDAC form if you haven't completed the mandatory fields like the adress you plan to arrive to. It simply is NOT possible, believe it or not
