Hello, iam 10 month in Thailand and 2 month a year in germany where i have a home too. Iam searching for income health insurance for the 2 months stay in Germany. Iam a german and not sure if it is possible to take for exmple a thai healthcare holiday insurance for that. Has anyone experiences? Regards

if you have a residence in Germany, you might be able to take out a "Auslands Langzeit Travel Insurance" with German insurers like the ADAC, the Hanse Merkur or with AXA Europe

yes iam searching for one cause if i travel back to Germany without insurance the lovely german goverment will give me a mandatory pricy (GKV) Insurance ... 🙃

yes sure i have already Hansermerkur problem is they do not cover my stay in homeland for more than 6 weeks.

of course not. They only cover you abroad. Any health insurance cover for Germany is separately needed
