The conversation discusses the merits of AXA and Tune insurance for expats in Thailand, highlighting that AXA is preferred for claims support, especially concerning COVID-19 coverage and additional services like broker support. While some participants recommend Tune for its ease and potentially lower cost, they warn that it lacks coverage for motorcycle incidents. Recommendations suggest consulting brokers for personalized help, particularly in light of recent changes to insurance policies in Thailand.

Would of said AXA earlier. Now their policy is worthless on test and go after Feb 15th. Luma looks much better now
that’s good to know. I see a lot of people commenting on some of the insurance companies not wanting to pay when a claim is made. Most notably AXA and Luma/Tune. Maybe it’s only the Covid related claims.
be aware Luma don't cover for motorbike accidents. Good for Covid cover for TP. But maybe take out extra travel insurance to cover bike accidents. AXA and ACS do.
many people posted they could not contact their insurance company, when they needed to claim. Not answering calls, or responding to emails. But a broker will do all this for you, at no extra cost to you.
this company just all national peoples who go Thailand they not make for Thailand peoples me just talk with them already They confirm to me 100% right Thanks

Because I know many company charges for you all I try looking for my husband this company have Certificates letter and Cover Covid - 19 as well
not advisable unless you are looking for a travel insurance. If you need a plan for a long stay in the kingdom it's still better to have someone you can talk face to face. Or you can opt for the ultimate solution, marry an insurance agent 😀
yes my friend used this policy for his Thailand Pass (TP) only three months ago google Sainsbury’s travel insurance and there’s a phone number you can phone and ask any questions you have regarding quarantine, covid Asymptomatic good luck
I have used them 3 times since last July and found them excellent fast to send you the documents, easy to complete and pay for your policy, easy to change dates and refund is easy if you need it, AXA dont do refunds
