Anyone is using an international health insurance but not travel insurance? I read a few being mentioned like April Global, Bupa, Cigna, Allianz.

If anyone can recommend one with  global coverage (except USA) and high coverage limits.

yes that's why i want to get one as well. Travel insurances only cover emergencies.

we are silver with outpatient module as well. My main concern is that they pay out if there is something serious, like cancer, which travel insurances generally do not cover. We had safetywing before.
