What are the best international health insurance options for expats in Thailand with high coverage limits excluding the USA?

Anyone is using an international health insurance but not travel insurance? I read a few being mentioned like April Global, Bupa, Cigna, Allianz.

If anyone can recommend one with  global coverage (except USA) and high coverage limits.
