Does anyone know if the embassy in Hanoi works on applications over the weekend ? Thinking of flying on a Saturday and submitting that night or Sunday am.

Urgent question please, what's the absolute latest time you can get to the consulate in Vientiane to submit a visa request? I know its recommended to go early but need to know what time they stop allowing people in to join the queue

Also, from what I understand they are closed on weekends, so does that mean if I do it on Friday I'd have to wait till Monday to pick it up?

Hello my clients and friends,the thai consulate in Penang is open on Monday and tuesday the 10th and the 11th,only the 17th of this month it’s is closed.thank u very big.

Hi, my Mom is only able to get a 30 day tourist visa which can then be extended another 30 days. I am wanting her to go to Penang to get a new visa. So if her visa expires on 24 September-when does she need to go to Penang (by what date)? Is the office open on a Saturday? TIA, she is almost 70 and I need all my ducks in a row otherwise she will stress.

I wanted to check in anyone had been to Kota Bharu recently? A fellow South African teacher and myself are looking to go on the 2nd of June and are contemplating doing it without a visa company.

I have read that it is open on Sundays. Is this true? Does anyone have any feedback on the consulate?

Royal Thai Consulate-General in Savannakhet, Hours & Holidays :

Heads up people the thai immigration offices country wide are closed this Thursday the 1st of March. They are open business as usual on Friday the second, plan accordingly.

Does anyone know if the Penang consulate is open on the 2nd January. I've looked but couldn't find anything. Thanks

Just got off the phone with the thai consulate in Savannakhet and they are closed on the 23rd and the 26th next week.

I got a hold of Vientiane, they said they're closed the 23rd but open like normal on the 26th.
