We're looking for a PCR day 5 test. It's proving difficult to find? We were in contact with paradise hill hotel, but they have been so shit with contact and now time is ticking! Any advice?

Need some advice. I landed in september on a Type O tourist visa and thought it was good for 6 months. Totally didnt know i was supposed to report after 3 months (december) until last week. I went to immigration and got hit with the 20000b max fine and was worried i may be banned. Luckily they gave me a 2 month visitor family visa extension cuz my wife n kid are thai thats good until beginning of may. What are my next steps? What visa should i be looking for? Im worried i may be booted out in may.
