TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, it is true that you can apply for a 60-day extension due to COVID-19 under the 'unable to travel due to Covid' extension, which is valid until March 30th. Make sure to check your current visa status to determine if you are still holding the original Non-B visa or an extension.

Do you still have the original non-b visa or an extension of stay?

yes! An extension of stay must be canceled, and the work permit returned, before the 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19 can be acquired
