Do I need round trip tickets for a non-immigrant B visa application, and how soon can one apply for another tourist visa after using the first?

Hey! I'm applying for my non-immigrant B visa through my employer. Has anyone else had this experience? If so, do you know if you need to have ROUND trip tickets on your itinerary? I have only booked a one-way ticket thus far because I'm not sure of the exact date I'll be flying out or whether I can even get a flight this far in advance. Thanks!

Also, a question for a friend: Once you use all 60 days of your tourist visa and leave the country after the 60 days are up, how long until you are allowed to apply for another tourist visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the requirements for applying for a non-immigrant B visa through their employer, specifically whether a round trip ticket is necessary since they currently only have a one-way ticket. Additionally, they ask about the waiting period before one can apply for another tourist visa after exhausting the initial 60-day term.
