Has anyone managed to open a USD account with Bangkok Bank or Krungsri ?

If so are there any monthly fees and are the USD to THB exchange rates competitive with say Super Rich ?

Hi... Does anyone know if the 800,000 Thai baht deposit in Thai bank for retirement visa purpose can be in foreign currency deposit as in USD or Aussie dollars etc..... Thanks

Looking for more ways to bring funds from abroad for extension purpose, I have a question, maybe someone have experience. What if you come to local bank where you have account and bring foreign currency in hand, then deposit this currency converted into Thai Baht to account? Will this be considered as foreign funds? Friend of mine tell this will be in statement. TIA
