I got married to a Thai in 2007 in South Africa at Home affairs.

On the marriage certifica there is NO ID or passport number for my wife. I see this also on some of my friends marriage certificated.

My concern is.....if I apply for extension of stay based on marriage, will the certificate be accepted?

And when you renew your marriage EOS on year 2, must bove you and your wife be present at immigration?

On my latest visa question:

I am currenty on my NON O-A VISA acquired before I arrived in Thailand last year and have received a 1 year extension as of February 2021.

I want now to get married to my lady maybe in November or December but the information I am receiving tells me I must leave the country and come back in on a NON-O VISA that will allow me to convert it to a ‘Married Visa’.

I am 100% DISABLED and on 24 hour OXYGEN and a wheechair so that would be a challenge to leave and comeback, unless I can drive my car there and back as the wheelchair travels with me.

I have continuously transferred PENSION MONEY from my U.S. banks to my established Thai bank account always above the requisite 65,000 baht per month.

Some advice would be helpful!
