I applied through China last year for DTV, waited for 3 months, they requested docs 3-4 times and in the end did not reject, but canceled with some made up excuse. Good luck!

What visa you applying for ? And what visa you on in China (or national) I was going to get Non O but then spoke to them and found out cannot on class M visa i got here.

If you've done this a few times they may make you wait. I tried whilst in Cambodia, it didn't get accepted for nearly two months
