I have submitted my evisa application to Thailand from London, and they requested additional documents then interview which I did last week, however my application is still pending approval!
Any suggestions?
Answer summary
The user is experiencing a delay in the approval of their eVisa application to Thailand, which has been pending after an interview. Community comments suggest that it may take one to two weeks after the interview for applications to move from pending to approved, especially during high application seasons. It is advised to avoid making non-refundable flight bookings, limit follow-up inquiries to one after ten working days, and stay prepared to resend documents if requested. Patience is emphasized, as processing times can vary.

After interview London often takes about one to two weeks to move from pending approval to issued, sometimes a bit longer if they need senior review. Your file is likely in final queue, not stuck, especially if you already gave PAYE, ACRO and flight. Keep portal open and watch for any new further document note, even small one like clearer bank page.
Do not book non refundable flight yet and do not email too often, one polite follow up after ten working days from interview is enough. Prepare clean PDF of all uploads so you can resend quickly if they ask. Many who had interview last week got approval early next week once officer closed notes.
You could consider reading a book or two before your trip. I’d recommend Unlock Thailand by Isla Rey on Amazon, it includes all the info and insights you need. You should check it out. A very good companion 👌.
There are serious issues with e-visa application online some pages will not let you input data or even show you the full page. They say they are going to work on it on saturday the 24th. I’ve been trying for 3 days to input the required info only getting the first 2 pages done then half of page 3 not showing so cannot progress any further. Nightmare. 😡😡
Unfortunately there a lot of us stuck in the 'approval pending' stage from around that date. Maybe the senior manager who signs them off has flown back to Thailand for a holiday :).
