I’m planning to apply for the DTV visa. My remote job officially starts in March, and I already have a signed contract ready to show.

Would you recommend waiting a few months until I can prove actual salary payments before applying as a digital nomad?

Or would it make more sense to apply for a Soft Power visa since at the moment I can only show the signed contract but no payslips yet?

Would really appreciate any advice or experiences. Thank you!

UK embassy UK national. Has the 11k GBP in bank account at time of application but not 3 months prior. Earning (with proof) 5k + GBP per month. Will this be ok for approval DTV remote work visa

I’m after a suggestion for an agent regarding ways of getting a DTV visa. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have set up an overseas company and was wondering about whether I could employ myself overseas and get the DTV visa that way ?

Hi if I went to apply for a 1 year extension of my non o visa based on over 50 would they accept proof of earnings and money in thai bank or would it have to be the full 800k in bank thanks

My husband and I are looking to retire in Thailand this year. We currently live in South Africa. We would appreciate info on the Visa that we should apply for, how to open a Thai bank account and the best way to move funds into the account. If the 800 000 THB for both of us is in the account do we still need to provide proof of monthly earnings ? Are we ever able to officially immigrate to Thailand. Looking forward to the feedback.
