I’m arriving on 21/4 to Phuket with my daughter .

I applied for Thai pass , sandbox . After reading some comments here I think I should have applied for Test and go . Should I re apply ?

I am triple vaccinated and my daughter has recovered from covid , she has a medical letter regarding this .

I have already booked Graceland Phuket , that is a SHA plus hotel .

I’m ready to apply for my Thai pass. I’ve took a screen shot of my insurance, my package details, and do I just take a picture of my passport? Also my package details say 1 adult when it’s 2.
