TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion centers around applying for the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) as a family. Most participants affirm that you can submit a single TDAC application for both you and your son by adding him as an additional traveler within the application. Step-by-step guidance is offered on how to complete the TDAC for multiple travelers, emphasizing that the process allows for family submissions, making it easier for parents traveling with children.
Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)

WARNING: Only trust Thai government websites with .go.th domains or Thai agent websites with .co.th or .in.th domains, as these require verified Thai registration and cannot be registered anonymously.

The official TDAC form is available at tdac.immigration.go.th, which uses the official .go.th government domain.

The services by AGENTS CO., LTD. does NOT charge any fees for arrivals within 72 hours. If you need to book more than 72 hours in advance, there is a service fee of $8.

Do not trust other sites pretending to be a trustworthy agency. Pay attention to delivery time - the service operated by AGENTS CO., LTD. has 1 minute delivery time for arrivals within 72 hours.

Don't fall for sites pretending to be agents.co.th or the official government tdac.immigration.go.th website. Always double-check the exact domain in your browser.

Scam services may take days to process your application, others may not even do anything. With these TDAC scam services you also need to worry about double charges.

Please watch out for TDAC misinformation spread by fugitive Jesse Nickles and his many fake accounts on Quora, TripAdvisor, Reddit, and other platforms.

I just did mine for me, my son, and my mom and dad. We are all on the same flight. It was approved.

TDAC you can add people... go fill it out and actually read it ..
Henrik *****
Just make a testrun, and fill out the TDAC, but not submit it.

@Henrik ****
that's what I did, a test run without submitting, and saved all entries in a Word.doc document, so when the day arrives I need to fill out a TDAC, I just copy and paste most of it

It says I have to submit 3 days before. However, is that 3 days to arrival? I'm flying from the UK on the 1st Dec in the morning but don't arrive in Phuket till 6:30am ish on 02nd December. What date would I actually fill the form in? Hope that makes sense

@John ********

How to do the TDAC Group submission?

1. Click "Arrival Card" button.

2. Enter the personal information of Traveler 1, including passport details. You can also scan the MRZ or upload an MRZ image to retrieve data automatically. Then, click "Continue".

3. Enter the trip and accommodation information of Traveler 1, then click "Continue".

4. Enter the health status information of Traveler 1 as required by the Ministry of Public Health.

- If the country you visited within two weeks before arrival, the country from which you boarded, your nationality, or your flight is listed by the Ministry of Public Health, the system will prompt you to enter the necessary health information. Then click the "Add Other Travelers" button to add the next traveler’s information.

5. Repeat steps 2-4 to enter the details for each traveler. If the travel and accommodation information is the same, you can select the details from "Same as Previous Traveler" for the previous traveler. Then click "Preview".

6. Review your information. If any details are incorrect, click "Edit". To delete the traveler's information, click “Delete This Traveler”.

7. Enter your email address to receive the Thailand Digital Arrival Card.

8. Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click "Submit".

9. Download the Thailand Digital Arrival Card. You can also download or print a copy from the email address provided for the duration of your stay in Thailand.

You can do one for both of you. Do your info first and then add your son.

Yes, you just add a traveller where the form invites you to.
Graeme ******
I am pretty sure you can

I think you can submit a TDAC for a group. A family should imo be the same.

One each
Greg ***********
@Tom *******
not really. You can do a "group submission"

@Greg **********
Have you succeeded doing it for more than one person, We tried it and it didn't work so it was easier to do one each but there do seem to be a lot of glitches with the system.
Greg ***********
@Tom *******
there even is a user manual on the TDAC website which tells you how to do it
