Does my landlord need to file TM30 when I leave my province or is it just my new host's responsibility?

Tm30.  When I leave my province, does my existing landlord have to file tm30 to say I’m leaving. Or is it only the responsibility of the new host to file my tm30 arrival?  Thank you.
