Does my landlord need to file TM30 when I leave my province or is it just my new host's responsibility?

Tm30. When I leave my province, does my existing landlord have to file tm30 to say I’m leaving. Or is it only the responsibility of the new host to file my tm30 arrival? Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When leaving a province in Thailand, only the new host needs to file the TM30 upon your arrival at their location; your existing landlord is not responsible for filing a TM30 when you leave.

you file them when you show up, not when you leave.
