Affirmation of Marital Status.

I understand that I'll have to go to the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok to obtain this document and also have it translated into Thai.

Do I have to provide a copy of my Texas divorce decree or is this not necessary?

Will moving from Ubon to Bangkok affect my Non-Immigrant O Visa based on my Thai wife?

British passport Holder.

Having a non immigrant O visa based on having a Thai wife, still 9 months + remaining.

Thinking of moving out of the marital home from the Ubon area back to Bangkok (Alone) and permanently, any possible visa related repercussions on this action.
