I am going to apply for Thai wife Visa next week in Sakon Nakon. I have been on extension based on retirement for two years and we registered our marriage in Ban Muang last year and I got pink ID card and yellow house book. I also got my drivers licenses. I have the list of documents I need but it does not specify what form I need from Ban Muang is it
I just did my 60 day extension based on marriage in Sri Racha Immigration Office.
It was quiet, 4 people ahead of me in the queue.
All the usual documents.
However I want to warn people they required TM30 as proof of your residence in the province, and also a Kor Ror 2 form from a district office which some offices don't ask for (in addition to your Kor Ror 3 marriage certificate).
Heads up for folks in Chiangmai applying for a 60 day extension based on marriage to a Thai.
I applied for the extension today and we were asked for our Kor Ror 2 which is the marriage registration. I wasn't expecting that. Note that this is different from the Kor Ror 3 which is the rose-bordered marriage certificate and is also required for the extension.
I wanted to point this out because the Kor Ror 2 was not included in a recent post that listed the documents needed at Chiangmai Immigration for this extension.
