Request for further document from Jakarta embassy

* Document indicating current location: Please upload stay permit from Indonesian Immigration and proof that you are currently in Indonesia.

* Other request documents: Please upload all pages of your passport.

What does stay permit mean? I already sent them my indonesian online e-visa on arrival (i don't have stamp because i used e-gate) and i sent them my arrival card too. How i have to proof my current location in other ways?

I applied for the DTV as a freelancer on July 1. Today they responded requesting one thing: Document indicating current location. I submitted my stay permit. Hoping there are no further issues and it’s approved swiftly! Jakarta.

Update: status changed to pending approval today, July 9

If I go to Laos and come back same day does it change my 90 day report date which is currently 5/8/2025.

is the re-entry permit for calendar year or through end of current visa?

I’m doing my 1 year extension on my O A this week (it expires in December).

I returned from a short overseas trip yesterday and for some reason the IO gave me a visa expiration date of 29 November 2025!

I’ll still do my normal extension anyway but thought this was weird.

Is it possible to extend the visa the same day as the expiration stamp ?

If i have had my visa extended to 25th july, will it be ok for me to fly out of and into thailand again? Just found out i need to fly out 1st july for a couple days. I have a Malaysian passport, so have visa exempt.

Talk of LTR visas on another post made me go to [members only]/ --- what follows is the popup on that site.

I'm curious to know, please, what is meant by

"note that the period of the stay permit on the passport must continue seamlessly to preserve your rights to the 10 year visa"

and

"fail to maintain your LTR visa period"

Cheapest agent to do visa extension ?

Hi all. Was recommended to post in here and see if anyone had any thoughts. I have been on an immigrant F visa and this expires 31 March. Once I get this cancelled I am looking to transition to something else. Wondering if people had any thoughts/advice on what visa may be possible at the moment (withought being told to leave the country). And also if it would be possible to do in Samui, if the initial stay permit was issued in BKK?
