1. It was the same visa (non immigrant F)
2. No it doesn't say extension of stay based on emplyment. But was an extension of the same previous visa for a further 2 months (which was my initial end of contract date)
3. Same entity; but different organization. However, they will not help with visa. So i'm on my own..
