One of the requisites for the visa is info on your portfolio. If your client has a website that you do work on but his company name is a different name completely but has no website for that company, and your income, ( although no income requirements are stated its often asked for ), is paid from his company name.
How are we supposed to show proof. Do we need all his company details and registration papers. ? , and how do we show proof that his company owns the website if none of it shows his company name. Just trying to cross i,s and dot the T,s.
Hi I applied for the soft power route cooking class and I received feedback saying I need to send a 'detailed portfolio of applicant must demonstrate cooking past experience for no less than 6 months'
What is this? Has anybody received this request before and what am I supposed to send? I am not a professional cook as the school I paid for is to cook Thai in a fun group class setting. The school is DTV approved and sent me all the documents.
I've done a search on the group but didn't find the answer. Can any YouTuber who's been through the process of applying for the DTV let me know what they put in their portfolio. Do I need screenshots of my analytics, adsense payments, subs, etc. Did you do a cover letter, what did you put in there. Thanks.
Hello. Im going to apply for DTV outside of my home country U.S. as freelancer and need guidance on portfolio and other proof of business. I've read mixed reviews in this community about using agencies. Anyone have experience with Baan Thai Immigration Solutions? Recommendation?
I got approved with soft power route in Hong Kong consulate after a bunch of documents.
I provided:
-Gym confirmation (need 6 months of membership)
-Documents that indicated my current location(bank statement)
-6 months of bank statement for the 500000 money( you can provide 3 months in Hong Kong too)
Additional that the HK Consulate ask for:
-Valid HK stay permit (Landing Slip/Working Visa) + HKID( no need landing slip and visa if you a HKID holder)
- Muay Thai Courses that are eligible to apply for DTV Visa must (1) be a Muay Thai Course certified by the Thailand Board of Boxing Sport (2) be held by the similarly certified Muay Thai gym (I only provided Board of Boxing Sports from Ministry of Turism and Sports)
- the applicant must demonstrate detailed portfolio of Muay Thai past experience for no less than 6 months (I gave a kind of CV for them tell what did I do, my old gym agreement and some photo of me that I captured from IG video)
-School registration and ID of authorized person's signature
Hi, has anyone already applied for a DTV visa from Germany? What should Digital Nomads Portfolio look like? I don't want to put 350 euros in the sand. THANK YOU

Hi hat jemand schon aus Deutschland ein DTV Visa beantragt? Wir sollte das Portfolio für Digitale Nomaden aussehen? Ich will nicht 350 Euro in den Sand setzen. DANKE
I'm a videographer hoping to apply for the DTV visa as a freelancer. Would links to recent examples of my work on Vimeo cover me for my portfolio? Thinking of including these links in a cover letter. That explains my professional set up, along with some recent invoices for one off clients and contracts for a couple of upcoming events I've booked in. All of which are outside of Thailand. Does this sound like it will meet the criteria? Have any other videographers or content creators been able to get the DTV yet?
