Why is there such a long delay in receiving responses from the Thai embassy regarding tourist visa applications?
I submitted tourist visa through the website and i been paid into the embassy im waiting since 25 September now is 26 October is 31 days no response i also send to the embassy 2 email no response

Albert Ecker I couldn't reach anyone by phone—which I find very strange for an embassy. You’re expected to pay, but otherwise, there’s no service whatsoever.

in australia at least, might be similar to moscow, the embassy is granting tourist visas 3 days before intended travel date, regardless of application date, which is pretty stressful. all my friends from overseas who live here have had the same response from the thai embassy/consulate here in australia. where as a friend from the UK had hers granted in

Betty Hurford its just policy now, most urgent visas get processed and less urgent are processed in between, but regardless of when its processed, it wont be granted until 3 days before

Press the application blue on bottom left there mate see what it at has to say processing but you might be at the end of

I applied on the 30th of September it automatically said “Processing” then only 1 day later it said “Pending document check” Im still waiting for approval.
No news is good news.
Im not flying out of Australia until 30 November so im not stressing yet.

I applied for my husband since 23 September still waiting too, sent email this morning got automatic email back said will contact in 10-15 days🧐 now we counting down to our flight don’t know the visa is come out in time or not😤
