I’ve seen some say 3 months, some say 6 months.

Hi, i have a question about the non imm O visa which i have got through now, just been filling out the TDAC and its asking for my departure flight details. i am not exactly sure when im leaving, obviously before my 90 days are up, but it could be a fair bit sooner as i want to go to Japan too. so i have not got an onward flight.

Also at the end it says travellers need to have who approved vaccines ? its asking for which countries you have been to within the last 2 weeks and is not accepting GBR ?

Upon arrival at the airport in Bangkok what's better go to the cab stand or order a grab ride?

Hi Everyone I fly to Thailand tomorrow from the UK on a 60 day tourist visa. I have also filled in my Digital Arrivals Card. I arrive on the 28th of November. I have visited Thailand for 30 days already 3 times this year as a tourist. I have a holiday Condo. I have been coming to Thailand since 1996 and usually one visit every few years but since i bought my holiday home 18 months ago I have been coming every 4 months for 30 days. I have never had a visa extension or a border run. I have funds in baht with me and a return ticket. I also have records of my employment. Anyone see any problems with the new rules? I understand they may want to question me. My wife and Daughters are Thai but live in the UK but that won't make any difference. I will also update you on the 28th and let you know what the outcome is to try and help others which is why this forum is here. Many thanks In advance David

For health insurance is it better to go through an agent or straight to the company? My real estate agent that found my condo here in Bangkok also does health insurance so I was thinking about using her, but after reading some posts here it seems like that might not be a good idea?

What company do you have and are you happy with them? I'm thinking about going to the AIA office in Bang Rak for a quote.

Have herd on a page yesterday that bank accounts need to be opened for 6 months before they will issue a financial letter for immigration for a extension. The person will now have to leave the country and obtain a new Non O visa.

Although it doesn't break immigration rules by having your money in for 2 months.

Does anyone know how true this is. I am going to hopefully have a married visa and hopefully the bank will look different on a marriage extension, then the retirement extension.

I applied for tourist visa and paid.

Now they ask me why i do that, since im from Spain i dont need visa. I did because i was already in Thailand 2 times this year...

2) Does it bring them any benefit?

3) do they need to be on any specific visa to be able to buy condominium units ?
