Go to departure hall, exit out and wait for a taxi to new passengers arriving to airport. Once they’re out of taxi just jump in.

You’ll avoid queue, avoid 50 baht sucharge

What taxi queue? Those disappeared long time ago. Unless you go for a grab... that queue is usually horrible.

Yep, always do the same. I even did not know for the surcharge. It's the long lines to prevent indeed after a 12h flight. Never had 'police problems'.
