A question, do i need to stay in the country i have applied the DTV ? I am planning a Thailand travel in few months and will apply the DTV in my country of residence. The question is, if they take too long to answer can i be in Thailand when they gave me the answer ? In this case the plan is to go with the Visa exempt and re-entry later in the year with DTV after approval. Thanks

I applied for DTV from Pakistan. I was called in for an interview on the 19th of March. Overall, the interview went well. Initially, the visa officer asked to provide employment evidence attested from the Minitry of Foreign Affairs, where I replied that it's not possible as I work with a US registered company and MOFA will not be able to attest to it. After that he asked questions about my employer, my intent to stay in Thailand, and my previous travel history. Everything was honestly communicated to him with confidence also with the fact that I have no travel history in the past and this is my first time travelling to any foreign country.

What is the probability of a visa to be approved? How much days should it take more to hear back ?

Incase if approved , what would be the next steps.

Any useful information and insights would be highly appreciated.

Hi. I’ve nearly been here 90’days on my DTV visa. I tried to register the 90 day report online. But the first time you need to go in person to your local immigration.

Could you tell me what I need to take with me. I’m in Phuket RAWAI also which part of the immigration do I attend. Any help would be great.

Hi, do I need to submit the 90-day report 90 days after I last entered Thailand, or 90 days after my most recent extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national?

I just got a new passport and I am also due to extend my Non-O marriage visa. Can I do both on the same day or should I transfer the stamps from my old passport to the new one first? I am in Nong Bua Lamphu.
