Do my spouse and children need to be present for the DTV application interview in Laos?Answered

I got approved for DTV from Tel Aviv, now we’re back in thailand and want to submit for my spouse. If we go to Laos, Vientiane, i see they require an interview, is this also for the spouse and children followers ?
